Property found on-board our buses is kept at Hamilton bus depot. The Lost Property office is open 8.15am - 4.15pm Monday to Friday for enquiries and collection. Telephone (02) 4974 1600.
Property found on-board our ferries is kept at Queens Wharf, Newcastle. The Lost Property office is open 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday for enquiries and collection. Telephone (02) 4974 1160.
If you leave a message with details about a lost property item, a representative will contact you if the item is found.
